Pineapple is in season so I think why not I use it in my NAVRATRI SPECIAL series and make something interesting and healthy out of it. And of course, it should be easy to make. Now I introduce my dish named as SUNSHINE PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE. In which I try to combine all healthy ingredients like banana, pineapple, turmeric, and honey.
My dish ‘Pineapple Sunshine smoothie’ is full of health and energy and will give you strength for the whole day during these fasting days. You can have it any time of the day.
